I'm running Confluence 6.0.6 and Chrome 57.0.2987.110. When I clicked "Edit In Office" for a document, I accidentally clicked the wrong response button in the popup window Chrome displayed. This has had the effect of never prompting me again so I can't "edit in office". Does anyone know how Chrome stores that response?
I tried deleting Confluence-related cookies, but that didn't resolve the issue.
Have you checked site settings?
The site settings led me back to cookies. I deleted all the cookies associated with my site and that caused me to get prompted next time I tried the Edit in Office button. I must have missed the cookie controlling the setting on my first pass. Thanks for the suggestion, Davin.
