Editing an Excel File Live in Sheet

I've got an Excel file on a page and Atlassian Connector installed.  When I click the ...  on the side of the page > choose attachments > click Edit next to the file, it just hangs up and says waiting for updates from Excel.

Any ideas on what is happening or how to fix it?

Thank you for raising this question with us. Can you confirm if you're referring to the Atlassian Companion app mentioned in the Edit Office files documentation? If so, to isolate the cause, please perform the following steps:

1. Ensure that you are using the latest browser version and clear your browser cache.
2. Try editing the Excel file using Incognito or Private browsing modes from your browser.
3. Ensure the Atlassian Companion app is running on your taskbar when you try to edit the file.
4. Try using another network. If you're using a firewall, VPN, or proxy, try bypassing them.
