Elements Spreadsheet is not displaying

Elements Spreadsheet is not displaying when publishes, it gives error

"An error occurred while getting your document : Unable to import file: File content is not supported"

Tried with Xlsx and CSV still its not working

Hi,

It looks like you are trying to import an existing file into Elements Spreadsheet. If you are unable to create the Spreadsheet with an import, it could be because the original file includes a functionality that is not supported, such as a pivot table.

It's not possible to import a CSV file, but you could first save it as an Excel file and then import.

If you are still having problems, please create a ticket on the support portal.
