Email Notification to customer

I'm using the free version of Jira, Confluence and ITSM.

Is it possible to notify the customer that confluence page was updated?

I tried to add the customer in confluence but the read-only option is not for free.

Any ideea? Thank you so much!

Hi @Gabriel Dina ,

Notifications are only sent for Licensed users from confluence. They should be in watchers list. You can add Up to 10 users in free cloud version.  

To edit email notification settings for each user, they need to 

1. Choose your profile picture at the right side of the navigation, then choose Settings

2. Click Email in the left panel

3. Click Edit and select the required items
