Embed URL into Image in Confluence

I am trying to add URLs to images in my Confluence Cloud instance so that when the page is published, users can click on an image on a page and go to a new page.

This is possible in Confluence Data centre, and I'm almost certain it's possible in Confluence Server, and I know it Used to be possible in Confluence Cloud, but not anymore.

 

Please help if I'm missing something
