Embedded Jira Macro in Confluence not being exported into PDF

I have an issue while trying to export a Confluence page using “Scroll PDF Exporter” addon.

The embedded Jira Macro "issue statistics" is not visibly exported into the pdf result, however it just prints a box without content (or using MS Edge it states a 403 error).

Can you help me on finding out why this macro is not exported?

This is a known bug for Confluence cloud default pdf exporter:

• CONFCLOUD-60104

The same might be true for “Scroll PDF Exporter” app. However, I suggest checking with vendor's support team:

• Submit a support request

Do update us once you confirmed with the vendor's support so it can help others having the same issue :)
