Enable Basic Auth From API after disabling it from Native SSO configuration - Confluence Datacenter

I tried following - https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/enable-default-login-page-to-bypass-saml-in-confluence-data-center-957972845.html - but I can't get it to work.

I'm using the postman native app on windows

I either get Error 415, or when I set the Content-Type to application/json (as the link says to do) I get "No content to map to Object due to end of input". I tried both patch and put methods. Put gives me a 405 (not allowed) error

Anyone have any ideas?
