This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Configuring a PostgreSQL Datasource in Apache Tomcat

Error in instructions: In Step 1, substep 2, it currently lists two files that need a backup - both should have CONFLUENCE_INSTALLATION as the start point

Hello Jay, 

The file, confluence.cfg.xml, is located in the <confluence-home> directory so I believe substep 2 (of Step 1) is correct. See more about the Confluence home directory in Confluence Home Directory.
