Error Handshaking between Confluence and Synchrony

I installed Confluence on Kubernetes and it is running but not complete setup yet from UI. and also I deployed Collaborative Editing using Synchrony and it running but the logs in Synchrony has error below

ERROR [main] [synchrony.http] The Handshaking API is not secured!!!. To secure it, set FEATURE_AUTH_TOKEN to true and assing AUTH_TOKENS

I want to know the cause of this error and how I can solve it or set these values as mentioned
