Hi there,
The error java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to host (Host unreachable) is a network issue. Please check:
• If there is a reverse proxy blocking the connection
• If there is a firewall in place blocking the port
This is a network issue and not an issue with Confluence. Please see the article for help: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/network-and-connectivity-troubleshooting-guide-720405335.html
Your Confluence cannot reach the internet to check the supported versions.
To get rid of the message, either allow it on to the internet, or disable the attempt to check by the workaround in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-45560
