Hi @Yang_ Dongliang

The link points to your Confluence instance, and since this is a public forum so you need to give people access to your site to be able to see the page. Is that your intention? In that case make the page public to avoid giving access to several people that might impact your license fee.

Otherwise a screenshot might be sufficient.

Is there a specific macro that gives the error message? Is the macro a native Atlassian macro or a separate app?

Let me know if this helps you

Best regards,
/Staffan

Hey there @Yang_ Dongliang ,

That link cannot be accessed by people outside of your organization, so we can't see it. Would it be possible to add a screenshot of the error you see?

A few triaging questions:

  • does this error appear on other pages, or only this one?
  • is there any macro or App that you would expect to be loading but isn't?
  • can you see the page contents while editing the page?
  • are you a Site admin, or do you know who is the admin for your Site?

If possible, please open a Support ticket so we can assist you with the troubleshooting.
