Error on PAGE creation

Hlo All,

We are unable to create/edit pages in AWS Confluence if collaborative is on. If we turn off the "Collaborative Editing" then we can able to create/edit pages in CONFLUENCE.

Can someone suggest us why are we getting this error because, we are planned to migrate confluence from On prem to AWS Confluence this weekend? Attached error for your reference.
