Error popped up while attaching any image file "Error connecting to server"

Whenever I am trying to attach any image file, Some communication server error is coming up.

Please check the attached file.

Is this cloud or onprem?

Cloud is currently having an issue with media attachments:

no worries.. hope the team resolves the cloud error for you soon. you might want to put a ticket in with them just so they have your instance on the radar and keep you directly updated.
