Error rendering structure macro

Hello,

I have a problem with one gadget. There is a macro in Confluence that enables using structures to Confluence page. I think there is a problem with it, because sometimes, the gadget brokes down. When is broken, the gadget is not availble anymore for adding

Error rendering gadget [ https://dth03.ibmgcloud.net/jira/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.almworks.jira.structure:structure-gadget/gadgets/structure-gadget.xml ]

Only a restart of jira server solve this issue, until appears again. (but this is done after working hours, so it is not a viable option)

I would suggest you check the product documentation for Structure, Confluence Gadget (almworks.com), or you can open a ticket directly with the ALM Works, who make Structure. They should be able to help you better with this.
