Trying to update SSL certificate but receiving error saying that the keystore is invalid, either tampered with or password is incorrect.

Can anybody tell me what to do next to resolve this issue or can point me in the right direction of what to do?

This is impacting our users from viewing our confluence site so any help is appreciated!

Check the following:

Ensure the service user has access to the Keystore file (Path and FIle).

Ensure the password for the keystore is valid within the server config file.

Ensure there is good data and a certificate with proper aliases within the keystore file.

If you can't access your keystore file or the data is in fact corrupt, either restore the keystore file from a known good backup or re-create your keystore file and import the needed SSL certs with the proper aliases.
