Error when creating a blogpost on confluence

A user gets the following error when creating a blogpost on Confluence:

I dont get this error. Has this something to do with a corrupted plugin?

Hi @Howard Nedd ,

Good day. Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you confirm if you are attempting to create a Blog on the Confluence server or Cloud. 

I was able to find a Bug and a KB that matches the Error message shared by you. 

Can you try the workaround mentioned on the Bug and see if that helps?
