Error when trying to use "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence"

Hi, my company purchased the "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence" app, but when we try using it we get an error and a message:

" Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support.

ERROR: 16VCB89 "

please help me fix this issue, thanks :)

The Table Filter and Charts for Confluence is our add-on - try to deinstall and install the app once more.

If the problem persists, raise a ticket with Atlassian and share it with us via our support portal.
