Error when using a new space

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
New user to confluence on the free plan and have imported a space provided by a 3rd party company who uses confluence to support ISO27001 compliance. They have not been that helpful so it would be lovely if one of you lovely people could advise please.
