Error while generating placeholder. Is the server available?

Hey I am running confluence data center, does not show this error when using accessing confluence with server base URL and uploading objects seems to be fine, but when I access confluence from individual cluster node and try uploading objects, gets this "Error while generating placeholder. Is the server available?" message but objects get uploaded. Anything to change in server.xml file to make tomcat aware of this or any other better solution for this?
