Excel Export stopped working in Confluence

A user has reported that the Excel Export stopped working in Confluence.  Indeed I receive an error 

Hmmm… can't reach this page

It looks like the webpage at https://confluence.mysite.org/plugins/servlet/exportexcel?pageId=95623207 might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any thoughts on a solution to this problem?  Word, PDF exports working fine

Hi @Pete P ,

have you tried to look into confluence logs? It is very hard to determine, what's going on based only on this information, but I believe in the logs you find more detailed error message.
