Exclude decisions on restricted pages from the decision report macro

Is there a way you can exclude decisions contained within restricted pages within a space from the decision report macro, where the macro is within an unrestricted page?

I'd have thought that the permissions within Jira prevented the display of any decisions on restricted pages... have you tested this?

The other option would be to filter on labels, and add a label to any page with a decision that should be visible.

Hi Liam,

Unfortunately the content in the restricted pages is pulled in automatically, I have tested.

I did consider labels but thought it may be a laborious process to maintain within a large space but I think this may be the only option.

Could you work it so that only restricted pages needed a label?  This would lower the number needed... you could also break things down into different areas so that the restricted sections were together, but I'm not sure that would be easy for you to achieve.

Hopefully someone else on the community will have an idea on how to achieve this
