Confluence is for a lot of people in our company their toolsheet or their own Dictionary.
So i dicovered the expand makro to short my lists, so that i still have an overview.
My Question now is: is it possible to copy the makro "expand" to all my other lists without typing in every column {expand}
@Alisa welcome to the Atlassian Community.
In your case you would need to insert the /expand macro wherever you want to use it, but then can simply cut & paste the existing content you want to appear in the macro directly into the edit box. Basically, you can't apply a macro to existing content, but you can move existing content into a macro.
I hope this helps!

Hi @Andy Gladstone Thanks for your help. But for understanding clearly. The macros can not be copied like in excel? so if one column has the expand macro and I would liket to expand it to the other 30 columns, it has to be done - one by one?
