This post here from June 5, 2018, states that the DIV, SPAN, and STYLE macros are being deprecated. However, it does not frame a timeline for when Atlassian expects to remove them. We have highly customized our site using CSS, and this will literally destroy it. It also will mean that we will no longer be able to continue using any of our extensive style guides we've created and trained the contributors to use. Therefore, we would really like to know when to expect it coming. Thanks.
Hi Charisma,
There's not a set date for this, as it's a change they're slowly rolling out to all Confluence Cloud customers. Many users already have the new editor so the changes have already been deprecated for them.
If possible, you will want to start planning right away for the change. As Daniel mentioned on your other thread, any feature requests you have regarding the new look you can submit via jira.atlassian.com, or by clicking Give feedback within your Cloud instance.
Regards,
Shannon
