Hi,
Can someone please help, I am trying to export all our documentation to a word file, but I don't want export to one word document, each export will need to be as an individual word file. I have tried a few add on and none gave me what I am looking for. You can imagine how long it is going to take if you have to export a 1000+ document manually.
Currently, I have tried Content Exporter, Scroll word exporter all them export the document into one file which I don't want.
Thanks.
Hello @Ahmed Ali !
As I understand, you need to export all your pages to the *.docx format (Word) and each page must be exported as a single Word file.
I can tell you that this is not possible using Confluence native features. Even though it is a third-party application, I see a possibility when using REST API and Scroll Office:
And they also have documentation on how to automate the export:
I hope this shines some light into your needs!
Thanks for mentioning Scroll Word Exporter here, @Diego
Unfortunately the mentioned REST API is currently only available for the Server version of our Scroll Exporter, not for the cloud version (we're tracking this here).
Also the initial requirement mentioned by you @Ahmed Ali is something we've heard before (see EXP-2223). As we haven't yet planned this feature into an upcoming sprint, I've added an internal note to update this thread here, once the feature is available.
Please also feel free to sign up in our Jira system and watch both issues to get a notification once they're available.

Thanks for replying @Ahmed Ali ! Let me know if there is anything else I might be able to help you out with.
Also, thank you very much @Nils Bier _K15t_ for jumping into the thread. It surely is nice to keep us updated with this feature!
