Export Page to PDF Functionality (Schuberg Philis Tableau plugin)

Hi, the plugin is great, however, Export Page to PDF functionality is unable to export the Tableau viz and reports an authentication error instead. Is there a way to get this working ?

The error message in the PDF is :

Error rendering macro 'tableau-plugin' : com.atlassian.renderer.v2.macro.MacroException: authentication error: there is an authentication problem while retrieving the report, please contact your confluence or tableau server administrator

Hi Cody, thanks for you reply. We've fixed the auth error, now if we try to export the page to pdf, we only get the tiltle and nothing else. Any guess?

Hi Rodrigo!

This error very likely means that Confluence cannot reach the Tableau server, either because of a networking issue or an authentication issue, (the error leads me to believe the latter).

If you're not the administrator of your instance, I'd check with them to see if they can work to troubleshoot the issue.
