Space has been exported as .zip & .pdf but unable to import into another on-prem Confluence instance. Any solutions?
I would recommend:
Make sure you check things like username and other settings to ensure you do not accidentally create duplicate user and you may need to clean up macros that exist in Cloud but not on the DC offering.
Hi Jaqueline
welcome to the Atlassian community
Have you checked https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/migrate-from-confluence-cloud-to-server/ and https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/import-a-space-from-confluence-cloud-967876449.html and what the limitations and prerequisites are?
Generally speaking the XML export should be the way to go.
Cheers
Kurt

"Unable to import" does not tell us what the problem is.
Could you explain what the problem actually is?
