Export zip unable to download totally

I was able to export the confluence space but was unable to download the zip totally. It starts the download and getting stuck at 1GB out of 5 GB. (tried this in Chrome and Safari ) 

Please let me know.

@kumar jira It is most likely an issue with the server.  I would just work with your administrator to pull the backup directly off of the server.
