When I export an article that has a table with tagged users, they do not appear in the pdf version. Please help asap!

Here's mine exported with tagged persons. I would request you to contact your internal Confluence admin for finding the root cause.
Hi, as you can see it doesn't work for me. When I tag my colleagues and then export this article from Confluence, tags are disappearing. And I would them to be also on the pdf

I just checked on my instance and it works fine. However, if you are tagging person in the page comments section, then that section will not be exported FYI.
Kindly recheck clearing cache and trying in Chrome.
