Exporting/Importing IMAP emails

We moved to AWS and kept our on prem alive. We did not realized on prem IMAP connection is still active and still pulling emails. We want to copy or move the emails from on prem to our AWS and keep all the dates/senders etc details.  

Is there a way to export and imports IMAP email from one confluence instance to another and preserving the email dates/info?
