Extra heading somewhere on page and in TOC...

Sometimes Confluence seems to think there's another Heading2 at the top of the page?
When I add a Table of Contents to the top of the page, at times it seems to think there is another Heading2 somewhere at the top of the page? Haha, incredibly frustrating! I can't seem to get rid of these things. Is there anything I can do? It seems to appear in one of these formats?
