Extract the Space using HTML Custom Export

When i try to export the Space using HTML custom export (Space Tools), a few pages are downloading with name , few pages are coming with Page ID. please let me know , what is the difference and how it is understood the page Names ?

This seems to be related to the characters used in a page title.
