Facing issue on profile picture syncing with Employee Central and Confluence Profile Picture

Hi Team,

I have created our own employee central for all employees. 

So the employee has changed her profile picture, The profile picture has changed but If we search that user in the search box its not updating the exact with Confluence Profile Picture.

Could you please guide on this one to fix asap?

Hi @Sangram Nayak ,

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

I think the old pictured is still in the cache and hence its showing the old one. Could you please clear browser cached once and check?

if that does not help try clearing the cache of Confluence, to force a refresh.

** General Configuration > Cache Management
** Select Flush all at the bottom of the page
