Hola, sin querer creamos dos usuarios nuevos, por lo que llegamos a 12. Pero ya eliminé esos dos usuarios y estamos en 10 nuevamente. Sin embargo, me obliga a confirmar la factura de 64 USD. ¿Cómo puedo hacer para volver al sistema gratuito?
@Maximiliano Tami When you go over 10 users, Atlassian automatically moves you from the Free plan to Standard. This happened to us, but, in our case, we decided it was time to go to Standard anyway.
I don't think that returning to 10 users automatically changes you back to the Free plan. You may need to contact Atlassian support to help you change your plan (https://support.atlassian.com/). Since you are now on the Standard plan, you can submit a support ticket and access the chat feature in the support area. When prompted for what you want help with, select Billing, payments, and pricing.
Hi @Maximiliano Tami welcome to the community. I hope this translates OK for you. I would go to the Administration application and select 'Products', then select 'Manage Product' next to Confluence. That should show you the number of 'Licensed Users' the system sees in the system. You can then click on the number of users, and it will list them all out for you, and if that number is larger than 10, you can clear out some of them to get under 10.
