Fileviewer doesn't render PDF and are not shown on Confluence 7.13.5

Hello there,
Since about 2 weeks we had issue with Confluence (version 7.13.5 and Linux OS) which doesn't allow to load/render PDF files. They only workaround is to download it and open from another software or same browser.
As you can see on image attached, page get on gray background but doesn`t load or render anything. How can I solve this?
This has been tested from Chrome, Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
