Filter Jira issues for single components in Confluence

Matthias January 26, 2024

Hi there,

I am using the "Insert Jira Issue/Filter" to show some Jira issues in Confluence.

Additionally I am using the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence so that one can filter the issues directly in confluence:

The problem is, that it is not possible to filter for single component:

I would like to click on only one component, "component2" for example.

Has anyone an idea how this is possible?

Thank you :)

Hi @Matthias ,

Please go to the Table Filter macro settings and click on the filter settings icon (the cogwheel) of your "Component/s" column:

Here you may set the cell value delimiter (comma for my example and for your case, as I can see from the screenshot).

Now your items are separated:

Hope it helps your case.

Great, this works fine! :)

Thank you @Stiltsoft support

I searched for a solution quiet long in you documentation. Have I missed it, or is it not described there? If so, you should add it.

Have a nice weekend :)
