I am using the K15t Scroll PDF Exporter Plugin.
I want to export pages relative to the site the export is started.
Just image the following struct:
main-page-1
child-page-1
child-page-2
export-1
main-page-2
child-page-3
child-page-4
export-2
If my export starts from maybe export-1 it would be nice to configure the template that it uses e.g child-page-1 to place some content in the export.
If my export starts from maybe export-2 it should use e.g child-page-3.
Is this possible? Are there any wildcards I can use?
Hey @Michael Kaufmann ,
It remains possible to use Confluence page labels to include/exclude child pages in your export (learn more) but there is not a wildcard functionality to include different pages when exporting a child page.
Depending on the export scope that you've set with your export template, the export will contain the root page (ie. the page where you generate the export from) and any additional child pages. Using the label approach mentioned you can further filter the pages included in the generated export.
However, from your example if you wanted to include child-page-3 when exporting export-2 you would either need to setup your export template to use the Include Page placeholder that references child-page-3 or you would need to include the content of child-page-3 via a Confluence Include Page macro or Excerpt macro directly on your export-2 Confluence page.
Let me know if this helps. You can also reach out to us (K15t) directly via our support portal.
Cheers, Thomas (K15t)
