Hi,
I am using Confluence Cloud and have a large table that is being filtered using the Table Filter macro.
I have applied the filters as needed on the page however when I export to PDF, the unfiltered table is exported.
I have read that the macro should be exporting only the filtered information, so have I done something wrong, or maybe it doesn't work like this in Confluence Cloud?
Thanks
Chris
Hi Chris,
Export of the whole Confluence page does not export filtered table in Cloud version. But you can use Table Filter export to export filtered tables.
Thanks for your answer Andrey, I was afraid you might say that! Do you know if the whole Confluence page can export filtered table in the Server version?
Unfortunately I need the whole page to be exported to PDF with the filtered table as the table is not a standalone document.
Any suggestions if this is possible on Confluence Cloud?

Yes, it works fine in Server version and it is even compatible with Scroll PDF Exporter and Scroll Office add-ons.
But in Cloud version I can suggest to export whole page to PDF, export filtered table, then use some tools to edit page PDF export and replace the table with the filtered one. Or you can export page and filtered table to Word, edit it and save Word as PDF.

Hello @Chris Hill ,
Please notice that you can export data wrapped with the Table Filter and Charts macros via the standard Export to PDF option now.
Best regards,
Katerina
