Find and replace url formatting across multiple pages - Batch Update - Scripting

Firstly, I think I'm posting to the right area, but if not I sincerely apologize.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask and see if anyone knew of a convenient method of rapidly updating a bunch of links across multiple confluence pages. My company changed their email address formats and I'm hoping there's a less painful way of doing this automatically. I know I can "Find & Replace" the text on the page, but unfortunately that does not edit the actual URL binding("mailto:..."). Any advice would be really appreciated here.

I'm not afraid to script some things out, but if there's a recommended route to take I am all ears. Thanks!
