Find inactive Confluence users when using Crowd and PKI authentication

We're using a suite of Atlassian tools integrated with Crowd and PKI to login. Some of our users do not ever update any information in Confluence, but use it to just search information. We are about to reach our max user limit for Confluence and need to find a way to identify how many inactive Confluence users we have without deleting users who are just doing a search. Is there any way to identify this information?
