We recently upgrade to Confluence Server 7.13.8. Since we upgraded, our custom fonts have been replaced with TNR. Have the font files been deleted in the upgrade?

Hi,

Thanks for your help. We found that the fonts folder was overwritten after the upgrade. So, we had to copy it from our backup to fix the issue.

Hi @vidya.sunder ,

Hope you are doing good.

Atlassian also suggests instead of replacing the setenv file you can compare and add the custom configuration from your setenv backup file.

Mayur

Hi,

After the upgrade, the setenv file gets replaced by the default setenv file. Could you check whether you have replaced the setenv file with the one used with the pre-upgraded version of the Confluence?

You can also refer to the document below that details how to set the fonts in Confluence

I hope this helps.

Thanks,

Aamir
