Formatwiki command not recognised

Dear Team,

I am using Confluence 7.4.1 version and having the issue that the FORMATWIKI command in Table Transformer macro is not recognised.

I unfortunately don't have the chance to update the version as it is decided at company level.

I have access to another confluence with 8.0.3 version where I can use the formatting correctly. But cannot connect to the daily Jira tasks from our daily "old" Jira.

I couldn't find any solution to this issue in your tickets and my admins can't help neighter.

the Table Transformer macro is added by the app Table Filter and Charts for Confluence by Stiltsoft. I'd recommend to reach out to their support who should be able to help you troubleshooting your case.

Indeed the macro is not native, it belongs to our app that is Table Filter and Charts for Confluence as @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ has kindly mentioned.

So, you need to update the app, not Confluence itself.

The current version of the app is 9.9.4 (the supported Confluence versions are 6.7.0 - 8.3.1).

Correct, we have "Table Filter and Charts for confluence" Version 5.3.25

I received my admin rights on confluence, but I cannot authorise purchases. Do I understand that update of this StiltSoft add-on would cost my company extra money?

Hi @Anna Szabó ,

If your license is active and valid, then you'll see the update button in the app's administration section. We encourage our users to get the latest versions of the app, otherwise you'll miss a lot of improvements and new features.

If you are on Data Center, then you can't use the app if the license is expired (Data Center works like subscription). So, as your app is still working, your license should be active and you just need to download the updates.

If you are still on Server, then you can use the app even with expired license. But the update button won't be available. So, if you are on Server, your license is expired and you want to update the app, you need to buy a new license. As new Server purchases are not available, the Data Center license will do.
