Hi everyone, I'm looking for a recommendation for a freelancer / contractor who can help my company (MURAL, a software startup) help me make Confluence function more like an intranet. I'm the director of internal communications and I've been tasked with either making Confluence (which many of our teams use for documentation and we try to make it work like an intranet now) work better, or implement a true intranet solution, which would be a change management nightmare.
I'm looking for someone who can help us implement a Confluence "theme" like Refined, add an internal blog on our "home page", and figure out how to make things more visually appealing. We don't have any internal resources to help with this, so I'd love your recommendations.
Thank you!
Catherine, Internal Comms Director at MURAL
Hi @Catherine Schultz and welcome to the community!
It's so nice of you to post this job in the community! I'm sure that somebody will come up! However, perhaps here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jobs-Careers/gh-p/JobsCareers could be more appropriate for this post to be, since people looking at this Job group may not look at the current group you posted your question. :)
I second that, this is a great opportunity and this post can receive better response from the aspirants in the Jobs & Careers group .

Are we talking about cloud or on-premise Confluence?

Hi! On premise, I believe.

By my opinion, best Confluence as Intranet addon is Linchpin Intranet Suite or lite version Linchpin Essentials.
If you are interested, please ping me and I can manage some small presentation.
