Full Search not displaying all results

I have a bunch of documents (word) within my pages but when i do a full text search, it only bring up the text embedded within some of the attachments, and not all. the permissions/restrictions are all the same!!

You could be experiencing problems with the Lucene "stop words" which will be removed from every search, even exact match searches.

Here's some background to the problem:
