Functionality of custom templates in Confluence

Hey!

In Confluence, when creating a page, internal templates are given to choose from, in many of them, when choosing, it is possible to set parameters before creating a template (see screenshots below)

Is it possible to create the same templates where fields can be entered before creation? And how can this be done? For example, so that the name of the department, project, and other dynamic information is automatically changed in the title and in the right places?
Are there other ways to add dynamic information to templates?
