Get copied on all shared pages?

Is there some way to configure my profile in Confluence such that I receive a copy of all shared pages? 

I can replicate this behavior by including myself in each share, but I'd like it to happen transparently.

Hello Matt,

Currently that functionality is not present in Confluence, nevertheless you can use the Activity Stream Gadget to track content updates. Also, if you watch a certain Space you will be notified of every change taking place under it, including newly created pages - more information on the watch functionality can be reviewed here.
