Hi All,
I am getting the problem when sign up new user for confluence as below
1. Click button sigh up user
2. Enter value for user to register
FullName: nhunga
Email: nhungktqd@gmail.com
password,..
3. Click sigh up button, getting system error as below

Your system is configured to use Crowd for its user list, but the connection is misconfigured.
You'll need to talk to your administrators about getting that fixed.
Hi @sao bien Have you tried reaching out to your confluence administrators to check whether they have allowed people to sign up to create their account on your site ? or is there any other process to follow to get your account created.
