Hi,
I'm not sure if it's possible but i trying to achieve the following.
I have a 10 spaces (Lets call it Space Clients 1-10)
I have 1 "Mother" Space (let's call it Space Master) That space contains one big table with all kinds of information of all my clients.
Can i do a lookup from Space Client 1 to the Space Master Table and only get that information that is related to that client?
And if it's possible can i push it a little bit futher:
Can i edit the info in Space Client 1 and will that be automatically updated in Space Master Table?
Hi mate,
I'm soon going to sell a plugin for that (soon = 1 or 2 weeks). You'll be able to enter data into tables, then you can display those tables in other spaces.
It will be the next version of Play SQL. Follow the blog to be posted.
Cheers,
Adrien
Edit: The plugin is out, it's a paid plugin, Play SQL: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.playsql.playsql-plugin
Hi Chris, Yes it is out. You can query the table from your Space Master, from any of your Space Client X.

Wow, that is one of the most expensive plugins I have ever seen. Good for you.

Hi Eddie, What is the expected price for a plugin?

Unfortunately no. There is no native or plugin functionality (currently) that would allow such lookups and updates.
But you could use the sql plugin for the view aspect, but you would need to put the data into a databse.
