Recently we have moved to 7.13 confluence version and I can see in logs /rest/experimental/relation/touched/from/user/current/to/content/32432432?targetStatus=current delete api being called with 404 response .
It seems like confluence api , do we have to add or change anything in our plugin for the api to work .
Have a look at the REST API Browser to test and ensure the call is structured correctly.

Looking at the expected format, there shouldn't be a slash between "to" and the "targetType". So that would change your API URL to:
/rest/experimental/relation/touched/from/user/current/tocontent/32432432?targetStatus=current
If the REST API browser is already installed in your instance you can access it via:
(ConfluenceBaseURL)/plugins/servlet/restbrowser

@Matt : Thanks for the info but this api is not installed on our instance . the error started occurring after we moved to 7.13 version . Is there any workaround or fix for this or its a know issue . The error occurs in any of the scenario on edit page like inserting table or curly braces .
