Getting Unknown macro: 'questionslist-macro' after updating Questions

Hi,

I am using Confluence with Questions. It was working fine since I upgraded Questions to 1.0.469

Now, I am getting below error on Questions List macro

On the other hand, when I try to add this macro in a Confluence page, it is not visible on Confluence macros list.

Any help will be much appreciated

Tuncay

For guys that face the same problem, here is the solution.

In Manage Add-Ons section, Questions plugin was showing that it has 32 modules and there were no modules related with questionslist-macro.

I did the steps as Julien Hoarau [Atlassian] said in issue CQ-927. Below there is a snippet of the snippets if one do not have rights to see that comment in the issue

  • In Admin > Manage AddOns section click Questions plugin
  • remove the license key,
  • click Update
  • put license key back again
  • click Update.
  • Doing that force the plugin to reinitialise

After these steps, now Questions plugin has 172 modules in which 171 enabled, and everything is working now.

Thanks Julien and John for the quick responses.

Hello Tuncay,

This may be a bug as you know from reporting it on JAC. Just for reference for others that may see this, you can see the progress on this issue here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CQ-927

Thanks,

John
