I tried installing Confluence similarly I installed bit bucket and Jira. While installation when I gave my MYSQL DB it started creatting table. It took little more time than expected. Hence I refreshed the page. I get below error.

I deleted DB schema and uninstalled the already installed confluence application from my lRHEL 7.3 linux box. I tried resintalling bu the error remain same
Nevermind I got it fixed I have to remove conflucen folder froom/var/atlassian/application-data folder in order reinstall the same. It workes

This gave me a fatal error "Could not load bootstrap from environment" that stops the server from loading. I do not recommend deleting this folder.

The folder deleted was half the installation, and Arnand re-installed afterwards.
You should delete the folder if you are trying to do a completely clean re-install.
